Position: Online Advertising Sales Executive

Job Description:

We seek an experienced, intelligent and aggressive advertising sales professional.

- Target and develop new accounts from specific sectors and industries

- Evaluate specific business categories and marketplace trends to identify prospective accounts

- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals

- Capacity to structure deals and advertising programs

- Build long term and productive relationships with agencies and advertising clients

- Establish value proposition of ad strategies through creative and persuasive presentations.

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

- 3 to 5 years of US online media sales experience

- Superior presentation, sales, negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.

- Proven track record of strong relationships with advertisers and agencies.

- Excellent project management, organization, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-starter capable of executing with limited oversight and direction.

- Knowledge of and experience with publicly traded companies a plus.

- Great attitude and fun to work with!

Compensation:

Commission Only. We pay close to the highest commission rates in the industry plus bonuses.
