-- A regular cash dividend of $0.1875 per share of its common shares. The dividend is payable September 15, 2008 to shareholders of record on September 2, 2008.

-- A cash dividend of $1.873 per share of its Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A. The dividend is payable September 15, 2008 to shareholders of record on August 29, 2008.
