Sara Lee Corporation Declares 250th Consecutive Quarterly Dividend
Sara Lee Corp.’s (NYSE:SLE) board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.105 per share on the company’s common stock, payable on October 7, 2008. The dividend is payable to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 3, 2008. Sara Lee Corporation has paid quarterly dividends to its stockholders continuously for more than 60 years, and the announcement represents the 250th consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the corporation.
