The Board of Directors of Applera Corporation has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 4.25 cents per share on Applera Corporation - Applied Biosystems Group Common Stock (NYSE:ABI). The dividend is payable on July 1, 2008, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 2, 2008.
