Bill Blass Announces Licensing Deal with The Global Fur Group

Bill Blass Ltd., LLC, division of NexCen Brands, Inc. (NYSE:NEXC) , has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with The Global Fur Group. This agreement will give the Montreal-based The Global Fur Group the license to manufacture and distribute luxury fur for the Bill Blass brand. The collection will debut at retail in fall 2007 in Saks, Neiman Marcus and better boutique stores. The line will consist of a variety of luxury furs inspired by the ready-to-wear collection's seasonal themes and silhouettes.
Robert D'Loren, President and Chief Executive Officer, NexCen Brands, Inc. said, "The Global Fur Group will be a great partner for us as we continue to build on the Bill Blass image and lifestyle categories. We view this collaboration with The Global Fur Group as a great step forward in the extension of the brand."
