Deal Will Introduce PC Versions of America's Top Two Game Shows
Encore Software, a wholly owned subsidiary of Navarre Corporation (NASDAQ:NAVR) and an interactive publisher of PC software, announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement with Sony Online Entertainment, a global leader in the online gaming industry, owned by Sony Pictures Digital and Sony Computer Entertainment America, to publish PC software versions of America's favorite game and quiz shows, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!, in North America.
Jill Griffin, President of Encore, commenting on the agreement said, "We are extremely excited to add these powerhouse game show brands to the Encore publishing portfolio. This is an important step in establishing Encore as a premier publisher of casual game entertainment and demonstrates our continued commitment to the category."

The Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! PC games feature more than 2,000 puzzles and clues that have been created by the television shows' writers and staff. Superior artificial intelligence with three difficulty levels in each game successfully delivers the authenticity of these shows to the user's PC. These games are scheduled to be available for purchase at major retailers this summer.
