Cash Dividend Increased by 13.6% at United Security Bancshares

74th Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend Declared
Dennis R. Woods, President and Chief Executive Officer of United Security Bancshares (NASDAQ:UBFO) , reported that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share, to shareholders of record on April 6, 2007 payable on April 18, 2007.
The dividend of $0.125 per share is up $0.015 from the April 2006 quarterly dividend of $0.11, a 13.6% increase. This dividend marks the 74th consecutive quarterly cash dividend paid to shareholders since inception.
Woods stated, "We finalized the merger with Legacy Bank in mid-February and now operate a branch office in Campbell, California. We've been spending time meeting our new customers and getting to know our new employees better. The more we learn the more excited we are to be there."
