The Prestigious RS Lounge in New York on 35 East 21 Street invited guests to enjoy complimentary Fine Wines and Hors D'oeuvre on June 16, 2010 6:30 to 8:30 pm and…to feel the touch of a luxury world that I’m going to share with you… Fashion Designer, Founder and producer of Couture Fashion Week, Andres Aquino presented collection of high fashion evening ensembles and together with Marbella Paris Fine Body Jewelry made this event unforgettable!

So the "glossy" day started at Federico Salon on 36 east 57 Street. I was scheduled for hair and make-up at 4pm, there I met the other models and the whole team of professionals - make up artists (MUA), hair stylists and Andres Aquino himself, he arrived a little later. The plan was the following… 5 models, including me, were going to rock the night! Haha. 4 high fashion models were going to wear fabulous evening gowns all night, look elegant, smile, laugh and just enjoy themselves while being video recorded for a  pilot of a new TV show by Andres Aquino. My part was to interview them - to chat about outfit and other lovely things we, models, love or have to care about =) So the party at RS Lounge, limo ride around NYC, glitter of Times Square and an open carriage were there to portray glamour, chic, luxury and the beauty of rich life, that 99% of all people on the planet are dying to have… Because it’s not only about the possession, but about sparkling feelings and happy moments that such a life suppose to give you.

"$10,000 gown, Black Tie event, strolling up the middle of the TKTS stairs amidst befuddled and camera-happy tourists with an entourage of hair, makeup, and camera crew, and stopping traffic while getting out of and into a white stretch Hummer in the middle of Times Square. All in a day's work…", says one of the 4 models.

The whole process of preparation to the magical night was so professional and well organized, like an application of million brush strokes and mixing colors on one canvas before you get the picture that people will later call masterpiece. And it IS a real art and hard work that makes it tolerable only to professionals and people in love with what they are doing. First model… hair, make-up, dress, shoes. Second model… hair, make-up, dress, shoes… And body jewelry! Reappliable? hand crafted accessories, composed of Swarovski Crystal, Calais lace and thin spangles or gold powder.

Every detail is important…

It’s the state of mind, it’s a different world with it’s own rules where you have to believe in your illusion and fantasy… And then - impossible is nothing…
