Adrian Schmidt, a senior foreign-exchange strategist at Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, talks with Bloomberg's Carol Massar from London about the outlook for interest rates in the U.S. and Europe and their impact on the dollar and euro. The European Central Bank lifted its benchmark rate to 4.25 percent yesterday, but declining interest-rate futures suggest investor expectations for further increases are ebbing.
