European Central Bank Governing Council member Klaus Liebscher talked yesterday with Bloomberg's Andreas Scholz in Vienna about European economic growth, inflation expectations and the outlook for interest rates. Liebscher signaled the bank may leave interest rates at a six-year high this year to curb inflation as the economy continues to expand.
