Elline discovered long ago that her options for coping simply weren’t up to par. Other players in the hair industry didn’t want to deal with women or acknowledge the problem, so they were covering up women’s hair loss as quickly and painlessly as possible, often times – in a dangerous way. Realizing that her alternative involved gluing a $69 wig to her shaved head for a marked-up rate of $2K; Elline built the LeMetric method after finding no suitable options for her accelerating hair (and self-esteem) loss. Like many things in Elline’s life, she simply stated: “This is not good enough… I am worth more!”

Today, Elline, is a women’s motivator. While her particular issue is hair, her message is universal to all women coping with the aging process – it’s all about living your life, and not letting what ever aspect is threatening you on the outside (be it hair, skin, teeth, weight or otherwise) keep you from enjoying yourself and feeling beautiful from the inside out.
