Celsius, Inc., Maker of Celsius(R), Earth's First Calorie Burning Soda, and Fred W. Losch Beverage Company, Join to Bring Category Creating Drink to Suburban Chicago
Celsius Holdings, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: CSUH.OB) announced that Celsius(R), earth's first calorie burning soda that's revolutionizing the beverage market, will be distributed throughout suburban Chicago by new partner Fred W. Losch Beverage Company. Losch is a family-owned business that has served suburban Chicago since 1945 and works with more than 1800 total accounts.
In March, Celsius Inc. partnered with Skokie Valley Beverage Company, to begin penetrating the City of Chicago and its suburbs. With sales really taking off, Celsius Inc. is implementing their strategic multi-level distribution approach sooner than later. By teaming up with Losch, Celsius will now be available to consumers when they play in the suburbs and while they're at work in the city. This go-to-market distribution plan positions Celsius as the preferred lifestyle beverage of today's consumers.
"Celsius represents a new brand and a new beverage segment for us, and we believe there is a huge opportunity to address the various channels we service. We are convinced Celsius has targeted the right consumer," said Fred Losch, President of Fred W. Losch Beverage Company.
"We will be able to integrate Celsius into a large number of our commercial and residential bottled water accounts," said Bill Losch, VP of Sales for Wisconsin Glacier Springs Company, a Losch-owned company. "The health orientated consumer that enjoys Celsius is the ideal consumer for us. We currently service them for both in-home and out-of-home consumption. We are all excited to get started."
"Established distributors such as Losch can really help us get close to their accounts so their sales force and consumers can become intimately familiar with our brand and product. Together, we can achieve the market penetration we're seeking for Celsius," said Dick McGee, Chief Operating Officer of Celsius, Inc. "We were particularly attracted to the ability Losch has demonstrated for 'In-Home' delivery. We've seen this work with our Internet sales and we'd like to explore that special service they offer with a strong marketing support program. Delivering educational, consumer oriented marketing materials and coupons along with product will help inform consumers about Celsius and empower them to tell their friends and neighbors. It's truly a channel we think can work elsewhere and this will be a good partner to test it with."
Celsius is available in 5 great tasting flavors including Orange, Cola, Lemon-Lime, Wild Berry and Ginger Ale. Celsius comes packaged in 12oz. glass bottles & 12oz. cans for a SRP $1.99, and is also available in 12oz. glass 4- packs & 12oz. 4-pack cans for a SRP $7.49.
