In no event will 321ecommerce be LIABLE to You, including for any indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or incidental damages. By its submission of copy and other information to 321ecommerce, You agree to be bound by the foregoing Conditions of Service. 321ecommerce may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, with respect thereto. In the case of conflict the terms of this Agreement shall control.
